How is an entry scored?
- In band. For an estimate, the counted result fell inside the 90% band we published. For a comparison, the published value lies inside the 95% interval of our count.
- Outside. The result fell outside. For a comparison this is a finding about the network, which did not run at its published value.
- Open. There is no counted result yet. An open entry never shows a result.
